Create a Wiki.GIS Account

Registration is not required to view pages on Wiki.GIS.com. However, unlike Wikipedia, registration is required to perform on-site editing.

The instructions provided describe how to register and create a Wiki.GIS account.

  1. Click “Log in / create account”
  2. Click “Create an account”
  3. Complete the Create account form and agree to the Terms of Use by clicking the radio button next to “I agree to these Terms of Use”
  4. Click the “Create account” button at the bottom of the page
  5. An email from wiki_admin@GIS.com will be sent to the email address provided in the Create account form. Validate the new account by opening the confirmation link provided in the email
